Koinly Access

To clean up your transaction history and prepare your crypto tax data, we will need temporary access to your Koinly account.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Koinly account

    2. Go to https://koinly.io and sign in.

  2. Go to “Settings”

    3. Click your profile icon (top right), then choose Settings from the dropdown menu.

  3. Scroll to “Accountant Access”

    4. Near the bottom of the Settings page, you’ll see a section called Accountant Access.

  4. Enter our email address

    5. In the box provided, type:

    support@txsdata.com

  5. Click “Invite”

    6. That’s it! We’ll receive an email and be granted secure access to your account.

What We Can Do:

  • Import wallets, tag transactions, and clean up your data
  • Help ensure everything is ready for your tax reports
  • Work directly inside your Koinly account so you don’t have to send spreadsheets back and forth

What We Can’t See or Do:

  • Your personal information (name, address, etc.)
  • Your billing details or download reports
  • Your login credentials or security settings

Important Notes

  • We will never make changes to your account settings, billing, or connected services.
  • We don’t file tax returns or submit anything to any tax authority — my role is to help you prepare accurate data.
  • All client data is handled confidentially and deleted after work is complete.
